Liga Systems has pioneered Hybrid Simulation, a breakthrough simulation technology that boosts RTL & Gate level simulation performance through simultaneous optimization of hardware and software techniques powered by a custom VLIW processor. In contrast to conventional hardware acceleration, hybrid simulation enables acceleration of both behavioral and synthesizable processes, offering 'whole' language simulation. This enables acceleration of the HDL simulation to be performed without compromise, retaining all key features of design debugging.
